The Austrian Trade Union Federation (ÖGB) and the Chamber of Labour (AK) are the Social Partners responsible for the protection and enforcement of workers’ rights in Austria. AK provides expertise and legal consultation and ÖGB and its branch unions are responsible for collective bargaining.

Under the title “pride@work”, trade unionists and the Chamber of Labour inform about discrimination in the world of work as well as about homophobia. With this, we want to send a strong signal for solidarity, acceptance and equal rights.
